We just want to remind families to send students to school dressed for the weather. As temperatures begin to drop, we will remind families about proper winter clothing. Students should have hats, boots, gloves, jackets and any other clothing required to keep them warm. Our students go outside for recess each day unless the actual temperature is zero or the wind-chill is ten below. We use the National Weather Service to monitor weather conditions.

At its study session on Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, the Robbinsdale Area Schools Board of Education continued its work to address the district’s required Statutory Operating Debt (SOD) plan. The School Board approved changes to FAIR Crystal’s middle school program beginning in 2026-27, while maintaining the FAIR Pilgrim Lane elementary magnet program, as part of ongoing Vision 2030 and SOD planning.

The Robbinsdale Area Schools Board of Education held a study session on Monday, Dec. 8, as part of its ongoing work to address the district’s plan to address its statutory operating debt (SOD) and move forward with Phase I of Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030. Board members reviewed the facility recommendations previously discussed, received additional information requested at the Nov. 24 meeting, and previewed procedures for the Dec. 15 public hearing on school closures. 

The Robbinsdale Area Schools Board of Education has selected DJ (Richard) Brynteson to serve on the Board through December 2026.
